Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt with melted butter; press into the pan and chill.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, gradually add sugar, then flour, followed by vanilla paste.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream and lemon juice.
  5. Make brown butter by cooking unsalted butter until golden brown; cool slightly before adding to batter.
