- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets dry.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over them.
- Bake for about 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
