  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over them.
  4. Bake for about 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
