  • 1 ½ cups water

  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch

  4. Remove from heat, add strawberry Jell-O; stir until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour the warm mixture over the strawberries in the pie shell. Refrigerate until set (about 4 hours or overnight).
