  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 12 oz fettuccine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
  2. Season steak strips with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook steak until browned (3–4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream; simmer before stirring in Parmesan and Gorgonzola until smooth.
