  • 15.25 oz yellow cake mix (dry)
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon (divided)
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Pour two cans of peaches with juice into the prepared pan and layer one can of drained peaches on top. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, remaining cinnamon (¼ teaspoon), and salt; set aside.
  4. Evenly distribute the dry yellow cake mix over the peaches using a spatula.
  5. Cut butter into thin pats and place them evenly on top of the cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the butter-covered cake mix.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and bubbling around the edges; cool slightly before serving.
