  • 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 ¾ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tbsp flour, cornstarch, 1 tsp cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, combine brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and cinnamon until clumpy; stir in oats.
  4. Spread topping over peaches and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
