  • 2 sheets ready roll puff pastry (Vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for brushing)
  • 2 tablespoons caster/granulated sugar
  • 1 packet dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unroll puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or rectangles.
  3. Place about one tablespoon of Vegan Nutella in the center of each pastry piece and add sliced bananas on top.
  4. Fold over the pastry to create pockets, crimping edges with a fork.
  5. Brush each pie with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cooled, drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate for mummy bandages and dust with icing sugar before serving.
