Ingredients
Scale
1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the foil)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Heavy-duty aluminum foil (enough for 4 packets)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey/chicken), Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and shape into 4 equal patties.
Tear off 4 large pieces of aluminum foil, about 12 inches each, and lightly coat the center with olive oil.
Place a burger patty in the center of each foil piece. Top with sliced mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese.
Fold the sides of the foil over the burger to seal tightly.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook packets for about 15-20 minutes on the grill or 20-25 minutes in the oven.
Check doneness by opening one packet; cook longer if needed.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
