  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Au Jus gravy mix
  • 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Cook seasoned potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  3. While the potatoes cook, cube the chicken and season with olive oil, Au Jus gravy mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until golden brown.
  5. Combine cooked potatoes with chicken in the skillet. Stir well to blend flavors.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and sliced peppers; broil for a few minutes until cheese melts.
