  • 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 3/4 cup beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced potatoes, onion, jalapeño, and garlic; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  2. Stir in the ground beef using a wooden spoon to break it up. Cook for approximately 5 minutes until browned.
