Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are fully coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours).
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Clean the grates and lightly oil them.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off (discard used marinade). Grill for approximately 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
