  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons peach puree (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, sugar, and honey until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the creamed mixture alternating with milk until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the diced peaches using a spatula.
