  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
  • 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. For the crust, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a mixing bowl. Press firmly into the tart pan and set aside.
  2. Melt together the chopped dark and milk chocolate until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into the melted chocolate mixture with chilled butter until combined.
