  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well coated.
  2. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
