  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F). Cut 8 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  2. Microwave potatoes for 3 minutes total until tender; slice.
