  • 2 large lemons (thinly sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 23 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • 0.5 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp light olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least one hour to prevent burning.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 375˚F).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine parsley, pressed garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice to create the marinade.
  4. Thread salmon pieces and folded lemon slices onto the skewers; double skewer for easier grilling.
