  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta with half of the dill pickle juice; let sit for 5 minutes before draining again.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until smooth.
