  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Butter a baking dish generously.
  3. Slice zucchini and sprinkle with salt; let rest for 15 minutes before blotting with paper towels.
  4. Arrange zucchini slices in the baking dish.
