  • 12 slices cooked turkey bacon (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by cutting fresh corn off the cob or thawing frozen corn. Chop turkey bacon, green onions, and jalapeño into small pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, chopped turkey bacon, green onions, jalapeño, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, whole milk, buttermilk, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently fold everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
