  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan with foil and nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and dark cocoa powder until combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat granulated sugar, eggs, instant espresso powder, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually mix in the chocolate butter mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
