  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 28 oz bag frozen cubed potatoes with onions & peppers
  • 10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of celery (or mushroom) soup
  • 2+ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, frozen potatoes, both soups, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well and add any desired seasoning.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is golden.
