Instructions

  1. Wash blueberries thoroughly and remove stems.

  3. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves; then bring to a rolling boil for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
  4. Test for doneness by placing a spoonful on a cold plate—if it holds its shape, it's ready.
  5. Pour hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace, seal tightly.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature before storing.
