  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest (optional – if desired)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook blackberries with water in a medium saucepan over medium heat for 10–15 minutes until soft. Sweeten with sugar if needed, then blend until smooth. Refrigerate until cool.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, lime juice, lime zest (if using), vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Layer blackberry puree and cream cheese mixture in popsicle molds. Insert sticks and freeze until solid (about 4–6 hours).
  4. To serve, run warm water over the molds to release popsicles.
